Returns/Refunds

Chicly Natural Skincare is made in small batches. Unfortunately, we can’t offer you returns/exchanges/refunds STRICTLY due to sanitary reasons. We encourage you to reach out to us before buying should you have any questions about a specific product. We are familiar with the nature of testing many routines. We understand that not every product will address your skin’s array of needs, and that reactions or irritations may occur. It is always our goal to help you find what’s best suited for you and your skin. We encourage you to reach out with any questions or concerns to chiclynatural85@yahoo.com and we will be in touch within 24 hours. 

All sales are Final, unless product arrives to you damaged and/or broken. In such case, please include extensive photos and/ videos of the damage. So we can properly access the situation and cater to the problem to find the solution of the damaged items to you to chiclynatural85@yahoo.com within 24 hours upon receipt of your package and we will gladly replace for you. We may ask you to send us the broken item.  All of our products are hand inspected thoroughly to ensure our products quality.

We are not liable for Item(s) being returned to us due to an invalid address. You MUST ensure your shipping information is correct prior to finalizing your order.  an incorrect address. If your package gets returned to us, due to an incorrect address. The order will be refunded (minus the shipping cost & up to a 25% restocking fee) once it is physically back in our possession.
